Health is a state of body. Wellness is a state of being. Wellness encompasses a healthy body, a sound mind, and a tranquil spirit. There is no one single giant step that does it. It's a lot of little consistent steps. It is with this vision that I have started this blog. To chronicle and journal about my path of wellness, and hopefully, to inspire you to do the same.
