While I have finished the CoreChallenge, I reckoned that the #wellaholicabroller challenge could carry on a little bit further.
In reality, I have been rather busy of late, and have not been able to go to the gym for the past week. Hence, it made good sense to resume the Ab Roller challenge, and at least do my core exercise for 60 seconds.
So let me evolve the challenge!
1. Execute an Ab Roller challenge; there's no end day -- just keep adding to the tally!
2. Video, post online, hashtag #wellaholicabroller and#livethechange
3. Tag 5 friends to get them into action too.
4. Explain why we do it. (transform ourselves and one person at a time).
