Had to give the shy Yuki some airtime since she prefer to watch from the side. And of course, Tigger had to hog the camera as usual. Had the weekly Wednesday team meeting, and then decided to do an executive ab roller with the knees, and ending it off with an ab roller plank till the 60 seconds are up. Hence decided to do this stationary leg raises instead. Looked like I was sitting on the platform but stationary poses are never easy. Well well, a friend suggested using the TRX in conjunction with planks. The TRX Plank is known as the cornerstone position for any exercise on the TRX, and trying it for the first time, I didn't find it too difficult (except for getting my ankles into the loops).
I then tried to tuck in my knees to give it some variation. Here's how we do it: 1. Execute a core exercise movement for 60 sec, 30 days. 2. This Saturday evening, I felt that my abs have "healed" enough for me to attempt the ab roller again, hence decided to try doing it again. I have been using Habitica, and found it to be really useful to keeping to my tasks. Great!
